Prashna in Sanskrit literally means ‘a question’. In many cases, clients have a specific question that they want answered. Examples of questions that have been put to Anand in the past include: a. Will my loved one return home safely? b. Will I recover my lost wedding ring? c. If I take the following action will the result be positive? d. Should I pursue my relationship with X? e. I have offers from 3 schools. Which one should I choose? f. Who is the thief? G. Will I be able to buy a house this year?

In a Prashna reading, the client writes down the question he wants to get answered and a chart is constructed specifically for answering the question based on the time and place the question is asked by the querist. An answer is given to the question based on the chart constructed.  Ideally, the querist should pray to almighty and then write down their question with a calm mind. The querist should avoid ambiguous either/or questions and ask only one question at a time focusing their energy on it.
